30 years of Land Registry transaction data for England and Wales. Every sale since 1995 with price, date, property type, and new-build flag.
Price growth rates
1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year capital appreciation computed from Land Registry transactions. Rank any area by growth rate.

How current is the asking price data?
Asking price data is updated daily from live UK portal listings. Sold price data from Land Registry has a 2–4 week lag.
Can I query by property type?
Yes: filter by detached, semi-detached, terraced, or flat. Bedrooms filtering is also available on the sold prices endpoint.
What geography levels are supported?
Outcode (e.g. BS8), full postcode (e.g. BS8 4ES), and UPRN level. Regional aggregates are available via the Market Pulse endpoint.
