Addresses or UPRNs, in whatever shape they are, with your own record references. A spreadsheet export is fine.
We match every row
Each row is matched to its exact home. Rows we can’t pin down are flagged for review, never guessed.
Get it back
Your list returned with the fields you chose, as a file or over the API. Gaps stay marked as gaps.

Tell us the list size and the fields you need in the quote form. We will agree a file transfer or API connection with you. Please do not put customer records in the quote form.
Will every row match?
We attempt to match every row to its exact home and show your list’s match rate. Ambiguous and unmatched rows are flagged for review rather than treated as confirmed homes. We do not promise a match rate before seeing your list.
Will every matched home have every field?
Coverage depends on the home, location and source. We agree the output, missing-value handling and available fields with you before the work starts. Nearby planning and area data describe the surrounding area, rather than the home itself.
How much does a backfill cost?
Every package is custom priced. The quote depends on list size, matching needs, the fields selected, delivery and whether you need repeat updates. There is no fixed package price.
Can I use the API myself?
Yes. Read the API documentation for the endpoints, or use CRM Match to work with your own contact list.
