Why we built this
The Homemove Group has been operating property platforms and working with estate agents across the UK for years. Listing portals, agent tools, property data — we know the space inside out.
Over that time, we accumulated something valuable: deep, structured data on UK properties — live listing feeds from every major portal, Land Registry records, EPC data, environmental risk scores, and much more.
We combined that with public data sources — the EPC register, OS AddressBase, MHCLG deprivation indices, environmental risk datasets — and built a single API that returns everything a developer needs about any UK property.
