Every school within a radius of any UK property — name, phase, type, pupil numbers, straight-line distance. From the DfE GIAS register (~27,000 open establishments). Critical for family搬家, mortgage, and insurance products. Realyse has no school data.
Council Tax annual cost
Council tax band plus annual and monthly amounts from the VOA — not just the band letter. Useful for tenancy platforms, insurance underwriting, and letting agent tools. Realyse doesn't offer this.
Live listing events
Price changes, days on market, status updates (For Sale, Under Offer, Sold STC) from Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. Build your own property alert pipeline without scraping. Realyse covers some of this in dashboards but not as a raw API.
Planning applications
417 LPAs, ~20M applications with full-text search, decision status, and documents. For conveyancing, due diligence, and property intelligence platforms. Homedata is one of the few UK APIs offering this at scale.
Solar assessment
