Most endpoints cost 1 call — premium endpoints like address retrieve (5 calls) and comparables (10 calls) use weighted billing that reflects their real infrastructure cost.

What data does the Homedata API return?

Each property lookup returns EPC rating, energy efficiency score, floor area, construction age, last sold price, transaction history, environmental risk scores (flood, radon, coal mining, landfill, air quality, noise, invasive plants), deprivation data (IMD 2019 all 10 domains), and property characteristics.

How fresh is the UK property transaction data?

Homedata aggregates live listing feeds from all major UK portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket) and combines them with Land Registry transaction records, EPC data, and other authoritative sources. Listing events — new, reduced, sold STC, withdrawn — are tracked in real time.

Does Homedata cover Scotland?

Currently Homedata covers England and Wales — 29 million properties. Scotland is on the roadmap but not yet available.
